ORDERING:
The minimum wholesale purchase is a set of 50 items. All products & pricing are subject to change & seasonal availability. Anything below the minimum order could be further discussed by contacting us via email at sales@boxnwrap.com or call or WhatsApp us on +233592773279.
All prices include shipping from the UK to Ghana.
PAYMENT:
Orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment. We accept all major payment options such as bank transfers and mobile money. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase. Any fees associated with the money transfer must be covered in the amount sent.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDER
Due to our efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours, but once the order is in process, we can no longer change or cancel it.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
While we take great measures to ensure each product is carefully inspected for quality assurance before purchase and or pickup, we however understand that damages may occasionally occur. In the event damages to products are caused outside our premise, i.e, items picked up by courier officers or delivery drivers, we will not be liable. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Back-ordered items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within couple of days. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full.
