Here at Boxnwrap, we understand the need to receive your goods as soon as possible and aim to have your order processed and dispatched quickly. Our warehouse works Monday to Saturday to collect and pack orders so you can receive them sooner. We do have standard delivery times, however, we do experience peak periods (around Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter & Mother’s Day, etc.) where our usual processing time of 24 to 48 hours may increase.
- Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders received before 10:00 am (within Accra) are processed on the same day while orders received after 3:00 pm are processed on the next business day (within Accra).
- Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was confirmed to the customer. Orders for delivery outside Accra will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the process date of the order.
- If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available. The customer has the option to have the order canceled and the customer will not be charged for the order.
- Boxnwrap does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of order goods by the authorized couriers. However, Boxnwrap shall properly coordinate with its authorized courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.

If there are any additional charges, it will be communicated to you via an email, phone call or text message.
Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. Payment must be received before an order is released for processing. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment on pick up.
All pickups have a minimum 24 hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer pickup times so you are advised to place orders in advance and you must wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup.

You must present your email notification receipt when you arrive for pickups.

We only ship within Ghana at the moment. However, if you have a broker or courier company that will handle the pickup, shipping and customs clearance, we can work with them so that suitable arrangements can be made.
